Frequently Asked Questions

How do I play?

Reservations are made online, preferably 24 hours ahead. Click BOOK NOW for particular dates and time details.

How many can play?

Recommended team numbers vary by theme, because of physical space and difficulty of the game. Please select a reservation date and time with enough space for your group. If your team is small, don’t worry! Other players may book the same game to accumulate maximum brain power for success. Click BOOK NOW for ticketing information specific to your desired game.

Who should I pick for my team?

Twin Cities Escape Rooms aims to create experiences that appeal to a broad customer base; everyone will bring something different to the room and you never know what will be the winning elements contributed. Being matched with other singles, couples, or small teams can yield the best compilation of ideas, but if you would like to know everyone in the room, purchase the maximum number allowed for that game and bring a larger team.

Are there age restrictions?

For the safety and enjoyment of all, children 10-15 must be accompanied by an adult. We are proud to be offering one of the area’s only pure family-oriented rooms for children under the age of 10 to join in the fun.

Is the game safe; Am I locked in the room?

Our escape games are designed to give a no-risk adrenaline rush! We want you to use your minds, not be scared out of them. Although we do recommend staying immersed in the experience for the full hour, the door remains unlocked in case nature calls or for personal emergencies.

Are there movies or video games like this? Can I practice?

Twin Cities Escape Rooms collects elements of various video gaming, theatre, puzzle, and live action experiences together to create one of a kind experiences. Since every team is different, no two games will ever be alike! Keep calm and room escape on!

Where can I park?

We have ample space in our parking lot at no charge. We are located near several restaurants for dinner or dessert before or after your game for increased team-bonding time!

What do I bring?

Bring your thinking caps, keen observational skills, and powers of deduction. Though picture taking is not allowed in the rooms (to preserve the integrity of the game), we will not separate you from your phone in case of emergency or to document your team’s fun at the end of the game. Above all, HAVE FUN!
